Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Well guys I would love to share my views and experience with you and so I am creating this blog.
We all know how anxiety kills us. It is a complicated condition and that most people struggle to explain. Here I am going to share some simple ways to calm your anxiety:
1. Make sure you are getting enough sleep.
2. Eat well-balanced meals. Add more fruits. Try to make your plate look good with fresh food.
3. Take a time-out and try mediation or yoga.
4. Limit alcohol and caffeine.
5. Exercise often, you can join gym also or just go to morning and evening walks.
6. Spend time at your garden like water to plants or plant more flowers and take care of them.
7. Try to maintain a positive attitude, try to be kind to everyone and don’t let anyone make your mood spoil.
8. Learn what triggers your anxiety.
9. Talk to someone about how you are feeling, share your views. Try to make yourself comfortable with your loved ones, they care about you and you should care about them as well.
10. Take deep breaths and count to 10 and relax your mind.
11. Learn to accept that you can’t control everything, it will help you in better understanding.
12. Distract yourself. Go out and do something fun. Just do whatever you like to do.
